I have the problem that my laptop is connected to the Wi-Fi but the internet does not work. But it works on the other laptop and also on the mobile phone, on the television and also on the Playstation. 🤔

In the settings, the PC also has the same rights as everything else and such.

Does anyone have a few tips what that can be? 🤔

Your network configuration is probably wrong. Did you ever change something? Everything should be on "automatic". So DHCP should be active so that the network is configured with the data from the router. I suspect your laptop is not assigned a DNS server.
