Today my new microphone arrived and I connected and tested it immediately. It is recognized neither on Windows nor on my phone. I have the LIAM & DAAN condenser microphone. The XRL to jack cable is a bit loose, but even though I have a microphone and headphone adapter so I can use my microphone and my headset on my notebook, it does not work, though it's not so loose then.
What can I do?

The microphone needs phantom power. Normally 48 volts. In your P for small electret microphones, a voltage of 5 volts is provided, in many notebooks not- Sometimes works with these 5 volts. Quiet and with a lot of noise but at least. So you need to the microphone a phantom power adapter, or better a USB audio interface. In this cheap range, a Behringer uMC22 would be enough for you.
Why is there then an XRL on jack cable.
So that inexperienced consumers buy the stuff.
So now I have to buy a Behringer uMC22 and a new XRL cable.
At least that would work.
Well. That has already asked hundreds here… You should call it Fake. Go to the search function…
