School education with iPad?

Hi I'm starting my school education in September and wanted to ask if you can do the training instead of a notebook and pencil with an iPad and an Apple pencil or laptop? I couldn't find anything specific from school but maybe you know something.

You will have to ask your teachers. They have the right to ask you to do this.
