Microphone doesn't work with teams etc., WHY?

The mic goes on my laptop but nobody can hear me. But I didn't mute my mic or anything. In itself, it works too. The problem occurs with all applications (Teams, Zoom, Skype, Alpaview). The whole thing is extremely annoying, the PC is only 1 year old and the microphone is not broken either.

Have the same problem, under (windows 10) Sound → Recording → Microphone → Properties → Level, the microphone is always set to 0 for me.
Then set that to 100 and test it again.
