I'm currently trying to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable. However, I have noticed that there are slight delays and that it shows 30 fps.
When I open a game, however, it runs extremely smoothly and at 60 fps and when I switch back to the desktop it starts to stutter again.
I have a Samsung RU Smart TV and I have already activated game mode.
What can I do so that it runs smoothly again outside of games.
Look in the graphics card driver (NVIDIA, ATI / AMD Radeon or Intel) whether the screen resolution is set correctly.
If this doesn't work, press the key combination Windows + P and select "Expand" in the menu that opens. Now you don't have a mirrored screen, but you can simply drag the windows over the edge of the main screen onto the second screen and they will be displayed in the correct resolution.
