I play GTA 5 on my laptop, but when I'm e.g. In the casino and e.g. Playing blackjack, I have to use the page up and page down buttons, but this just doesn't work. Outside of the game, however, the key goes.
What's going on and how can you fix it?
Have you ever checked whether the keys are correctly assigned in the game?
What keyboard do you have?
Try putting the whole thing on other keys, whether it works with it?

Ok can't seem to be changed in that regard.
You can try the virtual keyboard. To be found as an on-screen keyboard. For some, that fixed the problem. It's just a bit cumbersome, but it could work.
In the game, select the graphics instead of full screen mode, window mode without frame and then open the game and the on-screen keyboard with the Windows key or Windows key and D. You can see if the buttons work.
