Windows is crazy again?

As soon as I start my laptop, maybe I have 10 minutes until it hangs itself up.

After a while there's a blue screen where "criticsl process died", the laptop starts up again and then after using it for a while the same happens.

before the blue screen comes, Windows freezes briefly. Windows self-repair tool fails to repair, advanced boot options can neither delete nor reset windows.

Have often tried Windows reset but it just does not work… After a while, there's simply error and that it is reversed… The laptop has become unusable… Does anyone know how I can fix it?
