Comdirect login not working?

So I'm logged in to comdirect as normal on my laptop and have also saved the access data. I just wanted to go into my account normally and it didn't work, so it said that my access data was incorrect and I didn't change anything. They were saved and the last time it was still normal. Just wondering how to get back in and yes.

The app / browser with which you call up the page "forgot" the PW.

Then just enter everything yourself - better anyway!
