The laptop is on the hinge to the screen, the golden sockets stuck in the plastic housing and the thread for the screws that hold the hinges with which the screen can tilt out, it is also, I call it the mounting side for the angle, partially broken So where the stainless steel angle, the Schaniers sitting on laptop housing, now I have the screws with eagle owl fixed again and the screws with Uhu screwed all contact surfaces affluently glued, damits somehow holds… Now someone has an idea as I still with a little tinkering a little get more stability in?
I have photographed the healthy hinge so that it is better clear, the lighter is the stainless steel which is made of plastic and more of the housing associated, I want now quite like the red line it shows a kind of beam or something to fix the mount Here is a creative idea of what you have at home and what brings a little stability, maybe you can also fix something with the copper-colored part and here something derive the powers?
Possibly. Two holes and a cable tie through?
Many thanks to the hobbyists
P.S.: how long does uhu glue need to dry?
You should have taken synthetic resin.
Do not have something there, I would have wire because I would have solved it even more… Have now really eig. Only uhu and my screwdrivers there.
Is today a holiday? The shops have up.
With eagle owl that's nothing, it's too soft and weak…
You need something that gets hard, like iron…
Uhu Plus or other epoxy glue would have been something.
Stainless steel you can't solder, the solder does not hold it…
Exactly. These hinges are rel. Great forces / torques. Even too fast opening can cause a break.
This has to be mechanically re-stabilized. Synthetic resin could go, or an auxiliary sheet, which is connected somewhere else with the housing.
