Microphone quality is worse after PC recovery?

I recently set up my PC and since then the microphone quality of my headset (Razer Kraken Pro v2 7.1) has gone bad. I tried my headset on my laptop and the microphone quality was excellent. What could be the problem?

Reinstall the drivers of your chipset.

System settings> Hardware and Sound> Sound> Recording devices, simply right-click on your headset, properties, on the last tab and set the quality very high
