Image error with HD + module with HD + SIM card, hardware defective?

Telefunken TV ~ 5 years old, with slot for CI modules, with me equipped with HD +. Receipt of the TV signal via satellite, which is distributed in a community facility> 30 participants in the house. Now there are occasional short picture hangings, color shifts or ghosting when the TV set uses the connection and the CI module is inserted. If I take the module out and switch on the TV, the error has almost completely disappeared. Logically, only the ÖR programs are available in HD, the rest in standard.

Will I be able to cope better if I put the signal from the satellite to a Sat / DVB-T 2 with CI module slot or integrated slim card slot and then send the program to the TV using an HDMI cable? Because in HDMI mode I can display the graphic output of a PC or LapTop (with Joyn or Live TV) perfectly.

Are there any malfunctions in the SD transmitters with the module, or does this only affect the private ones in HD?

I strongly suspect that you have a signal that is too weak, especially the HD transmitters twitch because they need a high signal level.

Have you checked the signal strength of the private HD channels before, because the signal quality?

To 1 The openers are also affected if the CI module is inserted.

To 2 As far as I can believe the signal evaluation of my TV, strength about 80%, quality 75%. But these are the values behind the matrix. From here, I can't determine what reserves the mirror has.

Maybe it's because at times too many participants watch TV at the same time. Could make a time log.
