Network with Cat8 cable slower than with Cat6a?

Sounds strange but it is like that for me. Given Fritzbox 7590, Netgear switch and PCs or laptops. Everything is wired with Cat6a and when I test I get 1GBit throughput (depends on the network card in the computer which can no longer). Now the question I replace, for example, a cable (no matter where - Fritze after switch or only on the PC in the network socket, …) with a Cat8 then the network is reduced to 100MBit for me? I have no explanation for why? Actually, Cat8 would even have to pack 10 GBit loosely / and yes I didn't just try a Cat8 cable. Even measured, everyone was ok…

Category 8 (Cat 8):

Cables according to Category 8 / Link Class G wude standardized for data centers. This TP cable corresponds to those of categories 6a and 7a. It has the same diameter, four STP wire pairs, a bandwidth of 2 GHz and uses RJ45 connectors. This cable is to be used in 40 Gigabit Ethernet via twisted pair cables. With these specifications, distances of up to 30 m can be bridged. Category 8.2 cabling is not compatible with the RJ45 connector.

In addition to Category 8 specified by the EIA / TIA, there are also Category 8.1 and Category 8.2. The cables and components of category 8.1 are foil-shielded F / UTP cables. Kat 8.1 components essentially correspond to the Kat 6A components, but their frequency response has been optimized up to 2 GHz.
