I'm just speculating that you want something more than that. In order to be able to play current e-sports games in good quality, you need at least a CPU with 4 cores, 8 threads over 3.5 GHz, 8 GB of RAM (is becoming scarce) and a GPU with 4 GB VRAM. You won't get that in a laptop for around 400 euro. We're also still talking about e-sports games like CS: GO, Minecraft and Overwatch.
For games like GTA, PUBG, Fortnite, Battlefield and Call of Duty you need more power. 16GB of RAM and a GPU with 6-8GB VRAM.
You can get used parts at low cost on E-Bay classified ads and assemble a stand PC for 400 euro, which brings the games mentioned to the screen in reasonably good quality.
You will still not find a laptop in the price range. A laptop from 800-1000 euro is suitable for e-sports games. If more demanding titles are to be played, 1500-2000 euro will be charged. That's why I advise against a laptop.
