Laptop black screen?

My laptop has always worked great but now when I turn it on the screen is black and I only see the mouse pointer. Does anyone have any idea what's going on or what I can do.

Maybe an update from the operating system. If after 30 minutes the picture looks exactly like this, I would try a cold start.

I also had mine a few weeks ago, I had already agreed with the repair man that he would pick up the laptop in the afternoon, and then I briefly cleaned it again and it left (and since then no problems - so you can't find anything out) .

Try to turn it off, let it rest and then try to start again.
