Lan Wi-Fi link?

I'm looking for a device that I can connect to a PC, laptop or TV using a LAN cable. At the same time, it should send out Wi-Fi via which I can connect to a second device, i.e. A laptop, etc. In order to establish a connection to the first device.

Does this work with any standard accespoint or router?

I still have a unifi ap ac pro, but I was not able to manufacture it with this one because it has to be connected to an existing network to configure it and as soon as I disconnect it it no longer sends the Wi-Fi.

A router can do that anyway, because that's what it's there for.

You can connect any device to a router via LAN and WLAN and these then see each other in the network, since the router (mostly) outputs the same network to all devices.

an access point is an extension of a router via LAN cable, while a repeater is an extension of the router directly via WLAN.

with the router you can then even access the Internet, depending on the type and provider.
therefore look there which router you need and which provider you have (DSL, cable (TV-Coax) or LTE).
