Cc on Sims 4 does not work?

I play sims 4 on an older laptop (Windows 10) and I also have the extension pack of dogs and cats. Now I have downloaded Cc. Have it also sorted under Electronic Arts / Sims4 / Mods (as a package file) and in-game script mods and custom content allowed. But when I go into the game, my CC's are not there, instead, when I go into build mode, there's a cc bed, cupboard, and wall stickers that I did NOT download.

Maybe someone has a solution or can help me?

Then it would help if you might have a link to your CC that does not work. (For example, if it's a script mod, it may not match your update state of the game.)
You get at the start but this pop-up window displayed to your mods, right?

When I come into play, only those stranger cc's are shown as pop up. What do you mean by the link?

Well, which CC did you download?! Link to the page or name of the CCs?!
