But if I make a virus scan, for example, then there's 120Mb / s and the disk utilization is also at 100%. Why is Minecraft also 100% utilization. (Meanwhile there were no other processes) Why is this?

An SSD that can only read 120 MB / s should not exist. If, then we have the explanation, the SSD is then obviously defective.

Minecraft has a lot of small files that load your HDD heavily because of the 100% load, but there's no need to act it's too slow for you, then only one SSD will help
