Hello zsm and although I was yesterday at the Media Markt and have on only one laptop hanging a sign with the inscription "I'm a demonstration device, with full manufacturer warranty"? Now I wanted to ask what does that actually mean and means that they vlt no longer have a device in stock? Or the device is new?
It means that the device is there and presented to other people. Say, it's already in use.
A demonstration device usually means that the device has been demonstrated to interested customers. That If someone wanted to know how the device worked or wanted to try out, how fast it is or just wanted to see how the whole thing looks without packaging and protective film, then this was shown on this device.
Demonstration devices are usually already been used a bit and therefore usually have something cheaper.
