My laptop is completely "bugged". Programs always crash, etc. Use it at school and can't work like that. Have a virus suspected. Or does anyone have an other idea? I would put it on / reset. How expensive is that? Or how do you do it yourself?
Reset costs nothing. Just search in Windows search for "Reset this PC".
Could you also download the test version of Norton, which finds the virus to 99% (if one exists).
System files may also be corrupted.
Open CMD (as administrator) and enter the following command:
DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / RestoreHealth
Reset costs nothing, you can do that yourself. Let Avira run over it and see what comes out there
Today, there are two types of malware:
spying malware (keyloggers, trojan horses etc) and that is interested NOT to attract attention by the fact that the PC becomes unusable
extortionate, data-encrypting ransomware
Your inaccurately described problems sound more like you have messed up your system even with all sorts of unfavorable settings, faulty uninstallations, etc. And lack of disk maintenance. So put it back or reinstall it.
What is CMD? And thank you for your helpful answer
Search for "cmd" in the Windows search and right click → Run as administrator.
Thanks, but I looked at YT… The video meant you have to download the drivers first
