Do you like the Apple laptops or are there better ones?

Apple laptops are extremely unique and can't be compared. They have their own software and use a lot of unique technology. A Mac is always an extremely high-quality overall package.

MacBooks are extremely modern, so of course you can no longer use such outdated technologies as CDs and DVDs, at least not if no external drive is connected. That would take up a lot of space and would be totally unnecessary.

Apple laptops are suitable for anyone who wants to have a high-quality computer with the best software and wants to use it for a long time.

How are you going to put a CD in there? You need to get an external drive. I don't need a CD drive because I only have a USB stick anyway.

From step7 to logosoft and the drive manager from lti, from various configuration tools for telephone systems etc. Not to mention, there's simply not the software that I need in everyday life.

Accordingly, a macbook is simply not worthwhile for me. I have a lenovo thinkpad with which I can do all of these tasks wonderfully.

Again, check out apple.de for yourself. No, they haven't installed optical drives for a long time, that's technology from the last millennium. If you absolutely need an external one, it costs 30 beeps. Mine dusty on the shelf, I'll give you.
