Windows Update 21H1 came out about 2 weeks ago, it wasn't displayed in the settings. This was also the case with my old notebook with the 2004 update. I installed that in August with the Windows 10 update assistant. Perhaps I have deactivated something that means that I can no longer perform these updates in the settings under Update and Security? But I still get other updates.

Mostly by hardware. So according to the configs (CPU / RAM). Smaller updates also random.
I do not understand that. As an example, my father has a notebook with a 5th generation i5 (2015) and 16GB DDR3 Ram. My PC has a 3rd generation AMD Ryzen 7 (2019) and 16GB DDR4 RAM. Why does he get the updates and me not when I have the more up-to-date hardware?
