Press "Print" (possibly together with the Win key) and then into any graphic program Ctrl + V (insert)

Two options that work on every newer Windows PC:
Search for "Snipp" in the start menu. This will find the on-board snipping tool (soon to be replaced by a successor called "screen sketch").
Press the Print button. This copies the current screen, also with context menu, to the clipboard. Then open a program like Paint or IrfanView and paste the whole thing. Maybe cut. ALT + PRINT copies only the current window.
You need a program for that. That's the easiest. Such as. Hard copy or snipping tools. You can also enter this on Google: screenshot freeware. There you can also search for yourself. There are many additional functions.
