Internal HDD is not recognized (windows 10)?

My laptop locked me out 3 days ago. Using this guide

https://www.windowspro.de/michael-pietroforte/eingebautes-administratorkonto-windows-10-offline-aktivieren#:~:text=Warten%20Sie%2C%20bis%20Windows%2010,dass%20Sie%20sich%20angemeldet%20haben.

I have reset my password. Everything worked but now my HDD is nowhere to be seen. Not in the BIOS and not in the disk management either. The HDD itself works. In cmd I only see my SSD under C: /, only my HDD, formerly G: / no more. Is there a solution here without having to go to an IT shop?

How come? I have already tried it but it is not shown to me anywhere.

I guess you encrypted it with BitLocker. Do you have the key at hand?

However, it should already appear as a disk in the BIOS. Does the disk appear if you enter the command "diskpart" and then "list disk"?

I never encrypted anything consciously. When I enter these commands only "Disk 0" (238GB) appears, which is probably the SSD, according to the storage space. It is also not shown in the BIOS.

As I said, it is not shown there…

Why did the laptop "lock you out"? If that was the last thing the calculator did properly, details might help. The HDD may be broken and you had problems with it.
