Sync new iPad with old iPad, how?

Bought a new iPad, want to transfer my music collection from the old iPad, I don't have a PC or laptop. Are there any alternatives besides iTunes and iCloud?

If you have activated Bluetooth on both devices and put them next to each other, you can transfer everything. Everything is shown on the iPad. However, both devices must have the current ios status.

If direct transfer (as suggested by hooksbrooks123) is not an option, for example because the old iPad does not support a sufficiently new iOS version (it would have to be very old), but you also do not have a Mac or PC available the best thing to do is either to borrow a friend's computer or simply make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store or authorized service provider - they will be happy to help you free of charge.
