I want to install Windows 10 on my new PC but I have a problem. I have to install Windows 10 on a USB stick first, but when I open the Creation Tool it says that I have to have 8gb free on drive C but I want to install Windows 10 on a USB stick and I have also selected USB stick but the program asks for me that I have to have 8gb free on my laptop so drive C. Because my laptop only has 32gb so no matter what I delete, I don't get 8gb. What should I do?

That helped me once, hope it helps you too: ^)
With it you clean the whole stick, so back up all files if any!
You are not installing Windows on the USB stick, you are writing an image of Windows on the stick. You have to install it on the laptop. And then you format C beforehand, and thus have enough space
The tool first has to download the data for the stick, then it is copied to the stick in a second step. Hence the space requirement on the hard drive. The only thing left then is either to actually uninstall things until there's enough space, or to load the data manually onto another USB stick and then manually create the bootable stick as well. I advise you to run the disk cleanup and, for example, save photos etc. In the cloud or something, that should be enough.
Basically correct - but what do you want to do with a 32 GB drive?
This is simply too small for Windows 10 in general.
