I have ordered a new PC.
In my old laptop there's still an SSD with the operating system on it. Should I format the SSD to be on the safe side and reload Windows so that there are no driver conflicts with the new PC?
Absolutely right. It is best to always reinstall all programs (and Windows) on a new PC. This is the only way to have a clean system tailored to the new PC afterwards.
