Laptop takes forever. For everything?

Although I've been teaching online since December, I rarely had problems with my laptop. But since yesterday it has been a problem. I turned it off on Friday after class and now it takes a long time to even come on. In addition, it takes forever until it opens the programs that I need and then just gets stuck every now and then. I do not know what it is all of a sudden. Do you have any tips?

I don't think there are any tips on how to do this, but I also have problems with my laptop. But that can also be due to the websites, because they are currently very overloaded. So it may not be your laptop at all.
