Do I urgently need help because of GraKa etc?

Well, I played CSGO on a laptop "intelcore i5 with a NVidia 710M and 5GB Ram" and had constant 90.100FPS, now I switched to a desktop PC and only have 30fps in the menu and 15FPS in the game…

As far as I know, the FX processors are somehow 10-20 years old, they just don't pack anything.

No, they have different bases. Intel already thought of something, otherwise they wouldn't sell that much.

Suggestion for the laptop? First put it back in its original state.

5GB RAM… Someone either took a bolt or put it in - this means that the RAM already runs in the single-channel and not in the dual-channel → which reduces the performance of the RAM by almost 50%.

Then I would also run the "HWMonitor" program in the background and see how warm the CPU and GPU get.

For Pc, I only want to use the laptop for surfing, so I'll have a look for RAM

If nothing helps maybe just reinstall the game, it usually only takes about 30 minutes.

The i5 would be much better, but then you would at least need a suitable motherboard and, depending on which i5 that is, new RAM.
