Do I urgently need help because of GraKa etc?

So, is installed:

CPU AMD FX-8800P R7

GPU NVidia GT730 4gb

RAM 8GB

Storage 240GB SSD

Resolution 1766x994 "1080i" Bad monitor, coming soon.

Well, I played CSGO on a laptop "intelcore i5 with a NVidia 710M and 5GB Ram" and had constant 90.100FPS, now I switched to a desktop PC and only have 30fps in the menu and 15FPS in the game…

Ly

As far as I know, the FX processors are somehow 10-20 years old, they just don't pack anything.

Co

5GB RAM in a laptop?

Who probably messed around who doesn't know his way around. Clear that it runs slower.

An i5 should be able to handle CSGO much better than an FX-8800P

Ny

Can I simply convert the CPU from a laptop into a desktop PC?

Al

Maybe a driver problem from Nvidia
"Same" D-11/12 version, or an older version?
What are the temperatures of the components?

Co

No, they have different bases. Intel already thought of something, otherwise they wouldn't sell that much.

Ny

Suggestion for improvement? The only thing I still have here is an Intel i5 cpu fan xD

Co

Suggestion for the laptop? First put it back in its original state.

5GB RAM… Someone either took a bolt or put it in - this means that the RAM already runs in the single-channel and not in the dual-channel → which reduces the performance of the RAM by almost 50%.

Then I would also run the "HWMonitor" program in the background and see how warm the CPU and GPU get.

Ny

For Pc, I only want to use the laptop for surfing, so I'll have a look for RAM

Ju

If nothing helps maybe just reinstall the game, it usually only takes about 30 minutes.

Ny

I5 3230M

Ny

Are 2 RAM bars in it

Co

The PC you listed in the opening post?
No, I would honestly not put a cent in there anymore… Not worth it anymore.

Lo

Indeed, it is significantly better than the FX-8800P.

Co

2 RAM bars but it shows 5GB RAM? But there's something rotten…

Ny

I'm only 16 and have popped my last bills for the GraKa… And if a friend of mine has an i5 left and still installed it?

Co

The i5 would be much better, but then you would at least need a suitable motherboard and, depending on which i5 that is, new RAM.

Ny

What would you do with the PC now?

Co

Usable things such as Keep RAM and the rest on Ebay or similar. Put.

Ny

Asus M4N68T-M LE V2+ AMD Athlon II x2 250 CPU + CPU cooler.
rather good or bad?

Co

Worse than your current PC… The AMD Athlon generation is more than a decade old.

Ny

I know nothing about hardware, so definitely an Intel core with a motherboard?

Co

Intel is in any case better in comparison to the CPU's or your built-in.

Even a newer Intel Core i3.

Ny

Then make me search because my mom kills me when I tell her I need a part for PC

Co

As I said, put the whole PC on Ebay and see that you save a little more. From 500-600 euro you can put up a really good beginner gaming PC. And you can certainly still ask for 200-350 euro for your PC.

Ny

My mom won't buy me any more electronics

Co

Yes, but if you sell your PC and you still get YOUR pocket money or similar. There's nothing wrong with buying yourself new parts?

Ny

That's right, but I've already put over 500 euro into pure technology
