Noise is more likely to tap on a wrong connection - which laptop and which headset?
What kind of connection do you have?
Is it a headset? (Microphone which is integrated in the Kophörer / only one connection)
Or separately? (both headphone and microphone with a separate cable / two ports)
If it is connected via a jack then it is important to choose the right connection.
So try different ones.
If that does not help then look for the best times for the drivers for your headset or the driver you vl. Deleted.
Just go to the Microsoft website, search for your operating system and then download the drivers under drivers.
Important NOT load on third-party sites something down.
