My laptop camera ONLY doesn't work with zoom?

My laptop camera is completely functional, but when I zoom it is always displayed as switched off even though I have switched it on in all settings. Even if I reinstall zoom and restart the laptop, it doesn't change. I know from several tests that the problem can't be with the camera. If someone has an idea why I would be happy if he tells me.

I guess it's because of zoom. Have you given the program permission to use the camera?

I'm not very familiar with computers and technology, but I think it is the program, maybe there's a system error, otherwise I can't imagine it!

Maybe you just pushed the bolt (if available) so that the camera only sees one wall?!
