If you buy the code somewhere else like http://www.mmoga.de, you will usually get the game cheaper. At https://www.origin.com/...terstitial you currently pay 40 euro, at http://MMOGA only 11 euro.

No, you will get a code sent by e-mail and I believe in buying directly on the page. In Origin then go to "Origin" in the upper left corner and click on "Redeem product code" in the drop down menu. There you enter the code and then you can download the game from Origin.
