Clean and reset Windows 8?

I would like to sell my laptop with Windows 8. My question is, what if I completely reset it? I want all programs, files and other settings disappear, or the laptop will be like the first purchase. Will Win8 be left if I reset it? And what about Mc Office?

Sure, just wipe it over with a wet rag (clean up) and then everything's fine.
