It is best if you remove the Mc Afee from your system with an appropriate uninstall tool. Windows 10 already comes with virus protection, Windows Defender. This is already integrated in the system and does not cause any costs.

Windows 10 brings the onboard Defender. McAfee in particular has a reputation for being particularly penetrative and bad, just like Avast. In the worst case, the system is only slowed down here. I would advise you to uninstall McAfee.
Just uninstall Mc Afee and use Windows Defender if you have Windows 10. It is free and is now just as good as all other virus programs. Buying a license again has been wasted money since the new Windows Defender.
You should still say that Windows Defender is now on the same level as most other paid virus programs. Many still know the Defender from before. And that was not to be recommended to God.
