Is this task manager normal since I only have one tab open with a video?

This is the task manager when I watch a YouTube video via firefox.

I actually have a good processor (i7) and wonder if this is normal because my laptop sometimes just starts to get loud for no specific reason. I have a virus because Malwarebytes gdata and Windowd defender can't find anything.
get somehow sometimes on all devices even though they also have different Google Accounts so dubious ads before YouTube videos. For example Casino (Avolon 78) or Piggy Coupon is an application with hidden adware. Could someone be in control of my home network?

Far too many background processes. And Firefox doesn't usually pull that much either.

What about the services?

It is a bad processor. The load on the processor is normal

Task Manager in the Services tab or Windows + R and then services.msc and enter.

If you can add the question, you simply sort by active services and see if there's anything wrong with it.

Or maybe clear the cache and history?
