I bought these headphones about 1 to 2 years ago

And for some time sometimes the sound stops at my headphones, that was only a few seconds before and now it almost does not stop anymore. Is this perhaps a sign that the battery is low, or is it something else?
The headphones do not work with the cable. When I connect the headphones with the cable comes either a hiss, noise or no sound, but that does not bother me, because I prefer to use the headphones via Bluetooth
I only use my headphones at home on my laptop with Windows 10
Do you know maybe a solution for my problem and what is it?
Your laptop will have built-in Bluetooth. Have you ever updated the driver? Do the headphones work on the mobile phone, e.g. Without problems? Then you can at least say where the problem lies.
It's not that long ago that I bought the laptop again, so it can't be up to the driver!
I would not say that! The devices are often pre-installed and usually there are already updates for the corresponding devices in the meantime. In our company, we also buy new Lenovo devices where, despite being so new, they still have old BIOS versions on them. In the meantime, there were usually 1-2 updates again.
But back to the problem. Do the headphones work on a mobile phone or other device without problems?
I have followed your advice with the Bluetooth driver and now they can't even connect to my laptop. Your answer and your account will be reported!
Then good luck… Wow.
We would ask you not to abuse the reporting function. Here is no reportable rule violation! LG Hakim
Oh yes, this user instigated and manipulated me to damage my laptop!
The user has just given you some advice. Whether you want to follow this ultimately, is up to you. You would, in order to go on "safe number", could still catch up with another voice. There can be no question of manipulation here.
In addition, you should refrain from announcements announced, as these could also be considered as a user performance and sanctioned accordingly.
