Notebook laptop compatible with pen?

Which inexpensive notebook or laptop is compatible with a pen so that I can take notes by hand. If possible under 700 euro

One of the cheapest models with Windows is the Surface Go, but I wouldn't take that because of the bad processor.

I would invest a little more and get a Surface Pro7.

Also consider whether an iPad is not an option

I have the Asus ZenBook flip 15 ac072t. I'm very happy with it and it is currently refurbished for around 650 euro

It has a touchscreen and I use the Asus pen 2 on it, which works great.
