Why is my laptop restarting abruptly?

For some time my laptop crashes (Schenker XMG a505) during use at once and I'm a blue screen with the error message "An error has occurred on the PC and he must be restarted." After it is restarted, everything works again for a while until the same is the same again. This is weeks before a pair occurred Grundlos at once for the first time and since, in intervals always the same, no matter what program I have just run or what I'm doing on the PC.

Take in the system settings the checkmark "Automatically reboot computer on error" (or something similar), so that the blue screen stops and you can analyze it.
