Recommend mini program CG keyboard tester. Here you can try out all the keys and see whether the Windows key bounces or has dropouts.
If no error can be found, then it is probably a software problem.
Experience has shown that the operating system can take a long time to open after the Windows key has been pressed for the first time. After opening it for the first time, however, it works faster.
