What kind of laptop / notebook?

Looking for a not too expensive laptop / notebook that is not too expensive and that works well as a student who often uses Adobe Animate. What criteria does it have to meet and thank you for your suggestions.

Well, how high is your budget, because with "not too expensive" you can mean max 100 euro ^^

Thank you very much for your answer. My budget would be up to 700 but if it goes below 700. Unfortunately, I don't know my way around well, but I would mainly use it for pictures (photography) and for animating with Adobe Animate

Oh yes and video editing may also come along
