2. Monitor display settings?

I wanted to ask if someone knows whether it is possible to make the 2nd monitor (see picture) larger than the 1st in the display settings. My main monitor is from the laptop and the 2nd is a 32 inch monitor.

What do you mean by "make it bigger"?

In the picture is monitor nr2. Smaller than nr1. And so I can't go anywhere on the 2nd screen with my mouse button
