My mobile phone charges on USB-C port of my laptop only when the laptop is also connected to the power. Is it possible to change that, so that I can charge my laptop without a power supply, ie via the battery?
About USB 3.0, the hand loads easily!
If he is on, yes.
That depends on the design of your laptop. For most PC mainboards there are jumpers with which you can activate the USB-Voltages even when idle or "off" when needed.
Have to hang on the socket. The clock button cell is not quite big with upright devices.
If your laptop has a setting for it in the bios.
The BIOS battery is never used to power a USB interface. If necessary, charging takes place via the operating battery.
