I have set the number of processors in the settings on win10 to 3 because the laptop then gets faster, I have my processor with 4 cores and then I had to restart the laptop, then I got the bluescreen where there's a problem, I got my PC back set but it did not work I tried everything please someone can help me

Basically, a complete reinstallation helps here, I don't think anything of this reset. You need a Windows 10 DVD or a USB stick with Windows 10 on it. You can easily create it with the Windows Media Creation Tool. Google after that and you can find more info. Then start from the stick (manual helps) and reinstall Windows.
If you still have a 2nd computer available, then do a clean installation with a USB stick on which Windows 10 was flashed. You can do that with the Media Creation Tool.
Possibly save data if there's anything else.
PS: Where exactly was this setting? Is now new for me that you can set it in Windows.
