Laptop does not play movies etc?

Hi, Amazon Video and Netflix can't play movies. For me it says that Firefox installs components that it will work again. However, this has been going on for several weeks. Can I do something there? VG

Take another browser like Chrome.

Is the hardware enough for it ^^ (ok if that was before, it has to be yes)

And what are you looking at? About the app from the Microsoft Store?

A screenshot of the error message would be helpful. I believe that if it is an older laptop, the hardware is not enough
