Can I connect 2 external monitors with my splitter to my laptop and then have a picture on the two monitors at the same time?
Hmm, I think it's hard… There are USB graphics cards, but they are not very fast!
May I help you:
Connect monitors via HDMI, Displayport or VGA to the laptop
Connect the monitor either via the laptop's HDMI, Displayport or VGA interface.
On most laptops, use the "Fn" key and an "F" key to make settings for using the second monitor.

You can.
But then you have the same picture on the two external monitors.
