Install CorelDRAW X4 on Windows 10?

I tried installing CorelDRAW Graphic Suite X4 on a laptop with Windows 10.

The program is from 2011, but it is enough for me. It works fine on an older PC (with Windows 7).

But when I was about to install it on WIN10, the installation said "CorelDRAW X4 can't run on Windows". Why is that and can I fix it somehow?

Corel Draw X4 is not compatible with Windows 10.

If that doesn't help either, I can recommend Inkscape https://inkscape.org/de/ as an alternative. I recommend taking a look at the gallery there too, then you can see what is possible with Inkscape.
