I have a USB stick (128GB) from Medion.
I bought the stick in the Aldi. It worked on 3.0, after about 1/2 months it is only recognized by USB 2.0 on all PCs and laptops in the house. I really put the USB stick in 3.0 slot. Even the FritzBox recognized the USB stick to 3.0 so far. Yes, I switched all USB connections from ECO-Mode to Power-Mode in the menu of the 7590. Can anybody help me further?
Sounds stupid, but try the stick carefully, but insert it as soon as possible. This is because contacts for USB3.0 are behind the 2.0 contacts, which is perhaps why the stick is recognized as 2.0.
Since it runs on the FritzBox, there can be no controller defect in the stick.
Of course, it could also be a driver defect.
And how do I do this with these drivers?
