Download always stops in the same place, what to do?

My notebook has a rather annoying error, which is why I have hardly any other option than mine over mine

https://www.microsoft.com/...ndows10ISO

load a disk image from Windows 10 onto my USB stick and then chase the thing into my broken device. Only the file is exactly 5.07 GB in size. The stick is around 16 GB and is empty (as requested on the Miceosoft website). Since my notebook is on ice, I have to download the monster onto the stick via my cell phone, which is not a problem with the adapter and also works great. Only the download aborts at exactly 4.00 GB each time, so that I have to start it again every time, which has sometimes cost me a lot of time and nerves.

With the best will in the world, I couldn't find an effective solution on the Internet, I have already tried restarting and resetting all other concurrent processes. I have not been able to access my notebook for almost 4 months now and it is slowly becoming a real burden.

I hope someone has a practical solution that goes beyond "on-off". All answers in this direction are reported immediately and completely deleted.

I assume you have the ISO from the side: https://www.microsoft.com/...ndows10ISO

Now you can't just put the ISO on the USB stick, because it won't make it bootable. In theory, you would have to flash this with an app that can ISO, then flash it to the USB stick. However, after a short research, it looks very poor in terms of the reliability of the apps offered.

EtchDroid has good reviews but doesn't support Windows ISO flash.

If you really have no other way to get a PC, I would flash EtchDroid to a Linux distro on the USB stick and then install Linux on your laptop, and then create a real Windows boot stick with Linux.

Before that, you can of course try out a few apps for flashing ISOs, for the Windows ISO.

Complemental description: Download the ISO directly to your internal memory instead of the USB stick.

Other additions: Maybe use a different browser.

How is the stick formatted? If fat32 then such large files do not work.
