I myself believe that rewriting everything first deletes and reinstalling only Windows on Windows 10 without changing the other data.

The most important thing when selling a computer is in any case an empty hard disk.
Why is that important? If you just reinstall the computer, then the beginner can't access previously stored data. But with simple tools, you (non-novice) can certainly access previously stored data (such as images or documents, or…).
