My laptop has been crazy since this morning
It starts normally, I can also log in, but then the screen remains black. But you can see the mouse. I tried to start Explorer manually through the Tast Manger -> without success
After several reboots, I couldn't even log in. I come to the system settings immediately
I tried to start Windows with a restore point -> Failed after waiting 3 hours -.-
Start in Safe Mode -> Failed
System analysis ---> failed
Factory settings with receipt of private files -> error message after 2 hours
the only thing left to me is factory settings without protecting private files but I think the result will be the same.
I'm already desperate, tinkering is 10 o'clock in the morning. So far I've got every PC running more or less.
There was still something about uninstalling drivers on the internet, but what if I can't get in? And hardly think that it would help
does anyone have any ideas?
Formatting
I've tried it has been rewritten with factory settings. Doesn't work
Make Linux Live CD or Stick… Start with it. Back up data… And then reinstall it from scratch… If it doesn't work, put Linux on it and test the machine with it.
Ok that just exceeds my competencies.
With a CD?
Otherwise something is broken
There are none.
So resetting to factory settings has nothing to do with formatting. I would try the following: start the laptop from the USB stick (with Win) or with the Win DVD then reinstall Windows (without formatting) when done> back up private files. Now restart the laptop with DVD or USB stick
Reinstall Windows. Format with previous one this time.
Log in to Microsoft with your account Windows on USB stick Loading had to stop at a buddy or with a laptop…
Stick in, let's go
Then it won't work
You can do it the very hard way.
You could overwrite the hard drive with zero. The hard disk must then be reformatted and possibly re-partitioned.
You would have to secure everything beforehand and have it ready
