Microsoft account password not working?

I have a problem logging into my laptop. It shows me all the time that the password would be wrong yesterday I changed the password as normal at Microsoft everything worked and now I wanted to log in again and then it was wrong (is it not) then I changed the password still didn't work. And the more times I could imagine that I change the password for a wrong Microsoft account all the time, only if that is so I don't know the email address of the right person, someone knows how I can somehow get back into my laptop.

Well, since the restore didn't work, I would contact MS instead.
